How Saudi Prometric licensing works, start to finish

We handle the parts that trip people up, so you can concentrate on the exam itself.

  1. 1

    Check your eligibility

We look at your qualification, council registration and experience, and tell you honestly whether you are ready to apply or what is missing first.

  2. 2

    Dataflow verification

Your certificates and experience are verified at source. We prepare the file, submit it and follow it up until it clears.

  3. 3

    Coaching and mock tests

Profession-specific classes with question banks and full mock exams, so you sit the real paper having already sat several like it.

  4. 4

    Exam booking

We register you and book your exam slot, so you are not navigating the portal alone.

  5. 5

    After you pass

Guidance on your licence, and on the paperwork employers ask for when you start applying for jobs.

Taught in four languages

Saudi Prometric classes run in English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil. Most candidates follow the concepts in the language they think in, then practise questions in English, which is how the exam is set. It makes a real difference on the harder clinical topics.

Dataflow handled for you

Saudi Arabia requires primary source verification before licensing. We prepare and submit your Dataflow file and follow it up until it clears.

Dataflow & registration

What the Saudi Prometric exam is

Saudi Commission for Health Specialties sets the licensing examination that healthcare professionals must pass before they can practise in Saudi Arabia. It is a computer-based test, taken at an approved test centre, and the paper you sit is specific to your profession — a nurse and a lab technologist do not answer the same questions.

Passing is one part of being licensed. Your qualifications and experience also have to be verified at source through Dataflow, and your file has to be accepted by the authority. Most people who struggle with Saudi Prometric are not defeated by the exam itself; they lose months to paperwork that was submitted incorrectly the first time.

Who needs the Saudi Prometric licence

If you intend to work clinically in Saudi Arabia, you need the licence before you can be employed in your profession. Employers there cannot put you on the floor without it, which is why most recruitment conversations begin by asking whether you are already licensed or "eligible".

Am I eligible to apply?

Broadly, you need a recognised qualification in your profession, registration with your council in India, and in most cases a period of clinical experience after qualifying. The exact requirement varies by profession and changes from time to time, so the honest answer is that it has to be checked against your own documents rather than a general list.

We do this check before you pay for anything. If you are not yet eligible, we would rather tell you what is missing and when to come back than take a fee for a course you cannot use yet.

How to choose a Saudi Prometric coaching centre in Kerala

A great many centres in Kerala advertise Saudi Prometric coaching, and from the outside the advertisements look identical. These are the questions worth asking any of them, including us:

  • Is the class specific to my profession, or is one general batch taught to nurses, lab technicians and radiographers together? The papers are different, so the teaching should be too.
  • Who is actually teaching, and have they sat this exam or taught people who passed it?
  • Is Dataflow handled in-house, or will I be sent to a separate agent halfway through?
  • Can I follow the class in the language I think in?
  • How many full mock tests will I sit before the real one?
  • What happens if I do not pass the first time — what does the centre do next?
  • Is anything promised that nobody can actually promise? No centre can guarantee a pass, a visa, or a job.

Preparing for Saudi Prometric while working

Most of our candidates are working full shifts while they prepare, often on rotating rosters. Classes run online & offline, and recorded sessions cover the same material as the live batches, so a missed night duty does not mean a missed topic.

Typical preparation takes 6–10 weeks. That range is wide because it genuinely depends on how long ago you qualified and how many hours a week you can protect for study.

Where you can study with us

We teach Saudi Prometric preparation at our branches in Kozhikode (Calicut), Perinthalmanna, Thrissur and Thiruvalla, and online for candidates anywhere else. Students from Ernakulam, Kannur, Malappuram, Kottayam, Kollam, Thiruvananthapuram, Alappuzha, Palakkad and Pathanamthitta commonly take the online batches rather than travelling.

FAQs

Saudi Prometric questions we get asked

What is Mumaris Plus?

Mumaris Plus is the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties' registration system. You create the account, submit your credentials and apply for professional classification through it, and your exam eligibility is issued through it as well.

What is professional classification?

It is the SCFHS deciding which professional tier and title your qualifications and experience place you in. It matters a great deal, because it determines which exam you sit and what you can be employed as. It is assessed from your documents, so the accuracy of those documents is the whole game.

Do I need classification before booking the Prometric exam?

Yes. The eligibility that lets you book the exam comes out of the classification process. Booking cannot come first, which is why files that go wrong at classification lose so much time.

Do I need verification as well as Mumaris registration?

Yes, both. Primary source verification of your documents and registration with the SCFHS are separate requirements that run as one process for you. We handle them together rather than sending you to a separate agent halfway through.

How long does Saudi Prometric exam preparation take?

Most candidates complete Saudi Prometric preparation with us in 6–10 weeks, depending on how much time they can give each week and how recently they qualified. Classes run online & offline, so you can prepare while working.

Can I prepare for Saudi Prometric in Malayalam?

Yes. We teach in English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil. Many candidates follow the concepts in their own language and practise the exam itself in English, which is how the paper is set.

Do you handle Dataflow for Saudi Prometric?

Yes. Dataflow primary source verification is part of the licensing process for Saudi Arabia, and we prepare and follow up the whole application for you, including chasing your college and previous employers where needed.

What documents will I need for Saudi Prometric?

Typically your degree or diploma certificates, transcripts, registration certificate from your nursing or paramedical council, experience certificates, passport and photographs. Requirements change from time to time, so we check your specific file before you apply rather than working from a generic list.

Can I take Saudi Prometric coaching online from outside Kerala?

Yes. Our online and recorded classes cover the same material as the classroom batches, so candidates working in other states or already abroad follow the same course.

What documents do I need to get started?

A typical file is: your degree or diploma certificate, mark lists or transcripts for every year, your internship or course completion certificate, your council registration certificate, an experience certificate from each employer, your passport, and recent photographs. Some authorities also ask for a certificate of good standing. Send us what you have and we will tell you what is missing before anything is submitted.

The name on my certificates does not exactly match my passport. Is that a problem?

It is the single most common field-level problem we see. Passports often carry an expanded middle name or a surname that the college recorded as an initial, and verification treats the two as different people. It is fixable, usually with an affidavit or a name-equivalence document, but it has to be dealt with before submission rather than after a report comes back queried.

My name changed after marriage. Which name do I apply in?

Apply in the name on your passport, and supply the marriage certificate or name-change deed that links it to the name on your certificates. Your college and your first employer will still hold you under your earlier name, which is exactly what verification will find, so the linking document is what keeps the file clean.
