What is Mumaris Plus?
Mumaris Plus is the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties' registration system. You create the account, submit your credentials and apply for professional classification through it, and your exam eligibility is issued through it as well.
What is professional classification?
It is the SCFHS deciding which professional tier and title your qualifications and experience place you in. It matters a great deal, because it determines which exam you sit and what you can be employed as. It is assessed from your documents, so the accuracy of those documents is the whole game.
Do I need classification before booking the Prometric exam?
Yes. The eligibility that lets you book the exam comes out of the classification process. Booking cannot come first, which is why files that go wrong at classification lose so much time.
Do I need verification as well as Mumaris registration?
Yes, both. Primary source verification of your documents and registration with the SCFHS are separate requirements that run as one process for you. We handle them together rather than sending you to a separate agent halfway through.
How long does Saudi Prometric exam preparation take?
Most candidates complete Saudi Prometric preparation with us in 6–10 weeks, depending on how much time they can give each week and how recently they qualified. Classes run online & offline, so you can prepare while working.
Can I prepare for Saudi Prometric in Malayalam?
Yes. We teach in English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil. Many candidates follow the concepts in their own language and practise the exam itself in English, which is how the paper is set.
Do you handle Dataflow for Saudi Prometric?
Yes. Dataflow primary source verification is part of the licensing process for Saudi Arabia, and we prepare and follow up the whole application for you, including chasing your college and previous employers where needed.
What documents will I need for Saudi Prometric?
Typically your degree or diploma certificates, transcripts, registration certificate from your nursing or paramedical council, experience certificates, passport and photographs. Requirements change from time to time, so we check your specific file before you apply rather than working from a generic list.
Can I take Saudi Prometric coaching online from outside Kerala?
Yes. Our online and recorded classes cover the same material as the classroom batches, so candidates working in other states or already abroad follow the same course.
What documents do I need to get started?
A typical file is: your degree or diploma certificate, mark lists or transcripts for every year, your internship or course completion certificate, your council registration certificate, an experience certificate from each employer, your passport, and recent photographs. Some authorities also ask for a certificate of good standing. Send us what you have and we will tell you what is missing before anything is submitted.
The name on my certificates does not exactly match my passport. Is that a problem?
It is the single most common field-level problem we see. Passports often carry an expanded middle name or a surname that the college recorded as an initial, and verification treats the two as different people. It is fixable, usually with an affidavit or a name-equivalence document, but it has to be dealt with before submission rather than after a report comes back queried.
My name changed after marriage. Which name do I apply in?
Apply in the name on your passport, and supply the marriage certificate or name-change deed that links it to the name on your certificates. Your college and your first employer will still hold you under your earlier name, which is exactly what verification will find, so the linking document is what keeps the file clean.
