A typical file is: your degree or diploma certificate, mark lists or transcripts for every year, your internship or course completion certificate, your council registration certificate, an experience certificate from each employer, your passport, and recent photographs. Some authorities also ask for a certificate of good standing. Send us what you have and we will tell you what is missing before anything is submitted.

It is the single most common field-level problem we see. Passports often carry an expanded middle name or a surname that the college recorded as an initial, and verification treats the two as different people. It is fixable, usually with an affidavit or a name-equivalence document, but it has to be dealt with before submission rather than after a report comes back queried.

Apply in the name on your passport, and supply the marriage certificate or name-change deed that links it to the name on your certificates. Your college and your first employer will still hold you under your earlier name, which is exactly what verification will find, so the linking document is what keeps the file clean.

Get it corrected at source if the issuing institution will do it, because a mismatch on a key field can hold up the whole report. Where correction is not possible, an affidavit and a supporting document usually resolve it. Tell us early: this is much easier to handle before submission.

It should be on the employer's letterhead and state your full name as it appears on your passport, your designation or job title, your department or unit, the exact joining date and relieving date, whether the employment was full time, and it should carry an authorised signature with the official stamp. Add the name and designation of the person signing.

In practice, yes, and it is worth insisting on it. Verification has to reach a real person in HR or the nursing office. A letter with a working email address and phone number is often the difference between a report that clears in weeks and one that sits waiting for a reply that nobody is going to send.

Usually not. Authorities count experience in months, so a letter saying "worked from 2021 to 2023" cannot be assessed. Go back to the employer and ask for the precise joining and relieving dates. Do this while you still have a contact there.

It can still be verified, but it takes longer and goes a different route: through whoever now holds the records, the parent group, or the registering authority for that facility. This is a common situation, not a dead end. Tell us about it at the start so we plan for it instead of discovering it at week six.

This is the single largest cause of delay, and it is the part we take on. It generally means repeated, documented follow-up with the right department rather than the general enquiry address, escalation to the medical superintendent or HR head, and in some cases a physical visit. There is no trick to it, only persistence.

Several authorities ask for one, issued by your council and typically recent rather than any date. It confirms your registration is current and that no disciplinary action stands against you. Because the acceptable age of the certificate varies, request it at the right point in the process rather than at the very beginning where it may expire.

Attestation and verification are two different things and are often confused. Verification is what the authority requires to assess your licence. Attestation of your certificates is usually needed later, at the employment and work visa stage, and the requirement depends on the country and the employer. Do not pay for attestation before you know which documents actually need it.

Any document not in English generally needs a certified translation submitted alongside the original. The translation has to be done by an accepted translator, not by you, and both versions are submitted together.

Clear colour scans of the full page, right to the edges, with every stamp and signature legible, saved as PDF unless a portal asks otherwise. Photographs of documents taken on a phone at an angle, with a shadow across the stamp, are rejected routinely. It is worth twenty minutes with a proper scanner.

Usually all of them, for every year or semester, plus the consolidated statement if you have one. Authorities look at the full duration and content of the course, which a single final-year mark list does not show.

A recent passport-style photograph, plain light background, full face, no cap or dark glasses. Portals often set a size and file format too. Reusing a photograph from ten years ago is a small thing that causes a resubmission.

Keep at least six months on it, and more if you are heading toward a visa application. A passport renewed mid-process is not a disaster, but it means the new number has to be updated everywhere it was already recorded, so it is cleaner to renew first if you are close to expiry.

No. You will need a duplicate or a certified true copy issued by the institution or university that granted it. Start that request early, because universities are slow and this sits on the critical path for everything else.

Usually yes. It is treated as part of your qualification rather than as employment, and authorities ask for the completion certificate specifically. It is one of the most commonly forgotten documents in a first submission.

It is the number your state nursing or paramedical council issued when you registered, printed on your registration certificate. You will be asked for it, along with the date of first registration and the current validity date, and all three must match what the council holds.

Sometimes, but it usually costs time and occasionally a further charge, and in some cases the wrong entry cannot be corrected at all without starting a fresh application. This is precisely why we go through the file field by field before anything is submitted.

The portals are open to individuals, so you can apply yourself. Most people who come to us have already tried and stalled somewhere specific: an unclear category, a document the portal will not accept, or a verification that stopped moving. What we provide is the file preparation and the follow-up, not a secret channel.

Dubai runs through the DHA's Sheryan system, Abu Dhabi through the Department of Health, the Northern Emirates through the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention, Saudi Arabia through Mumaris Plus at the SCFHS, Qatar through the Department of Healthcare Professions under the Ministry of Public Health, Oman through the Oman Medical Specialty Board and Bahrain through the NHRA. Each has its own account, its own fees and its own sequence.

Some authorities offer a preliminary check that tells you whether your profile broadly fits a category before you commit to paid verification. Where one exists it is worth doing, because discovering a category problem early is far cheaper than discovering it after a report has been paid for and run.

It is the authority confirming that your file has been assessed and that you may proceed, usually to book the exam or to be registered. It is not the licence itself and it does not let you start work. The names differ between authorities but the idea is the same in each.

Sometimes, and the earlier the better. A wrong category can quietly invalidate an otherwise clean file, because the authority assesses you against requirements that were never yours. If you suspect this has happened, stop and get the file reviewed rather than continuing.

Honestly, it depends far more on your documents and your former employers than on anything a coaching centre does. Files with responsive institutions and clean paperwork move steadily; files with a closed hospital or a silent college take considerably longer. Anyone who gives you a firm number without seeing your documents is guessing.

Yes. The account is yours and you can log in and see its status at any time, which is how it should be. We do not hold your credentials hostage, and we would rather you could see the position for yourself.

Not yet. Passing generally gives you registration or eligibility, which means the authority accepts you as qualified to practise. The licence itself usually becomes live only when a hiring facility activates it against your job. Passing is what makes you employable; the employer completes the last step.

Authorities set a validity window for an exam result or an eligibility, after which it lapses and may have to be redone. Because the period differs, plan your job search rather than drifting: a pass that expires while you are deciding is an expensive thing to lose.

It is the step where the employer who has hired you links your registration to their facility and the licence goes live for that role. You cannot do it yourself, and it is the reason a licence and a job offer are connected.

You can usually get as far as registration or eligibility on your own, which is the useful part for a job search. Full activation waits for an employer. Anyone telling you they can activate a licence with no job attached is describing something different from what you think.

Each authority licenses separately, so yes, there is a fresh application, and often a fresh exam. What does sometimes carry across is your verification, which may be shareable rather than repeated. Holding one licence also strengthens the next application.

Moving between emirates means a new application to the receiving authority, since DHA, DOH and the Ministry of Health are separate regulators. Depending on your category and how long you have practised, an exam may or may not be required. It is worth checking before you accept the offer, not after.

Yes. Licences run for a fixed period and are renewed, and most authorities require continuing professional development activity during that period as a condition. Your employer usually manages the renewal while you are with them, but the obligation is yours.

It confirms that your registration is current and that no disciplinary action stands against you. You will be asked for one from your home council when you apply abroad, and from your Gulf authority later if you move to another country. Request it close to when it is needed, because they are usually only accepted while recent.

English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil. Most candidates follow the concepts in the language they think in and practise questions in English, because that is how the papers are set.

Yes. Nursing, medical laboratory technology, radiography, pharmacy, physiotherapy, optometry, OT technology and anaesthesia technology each have their own batch. The licensing papers differ by profession, so teaching them together does not work.

Yes. Online and recorded classes cover the same material as the classroom batches, and a large share of our candidates are working in other states or already abroad. You do not need to relocate to prepare.

Recorded classes, live sessions and mock tests, on Android and iOS. It is the same course content as the classroom, which is what makes it workable for candidates on rotating night duties.

It is normal, and it is planned for. Sessions are recorded, so a missed class is a class watched later rather than a topic lost. Most of our candidates are working full time while they prepare.

Enough that the real exam is not the first full-length paper you have sat under time pressure. We use mock scores to decide when you are ready to book, rather than booking a date first and hoping.

Most licensing courses run between four and ten weeks depending on the exam and your pace. The range is wide because it genuinely depends on how recently you qualified and how many hours a week you can protect.

Course fees, verification charges and the authority's own exam and registration fees are separate things. The authority's fees are paid to the authority and are outside our control. We give you the full picture at the consultation so there are no surprises later.

No. Our terms set out a no refund, no cancellation and no transfer policy, with narrow exceptions such as a duplicate charge, access never being granted, or a batch we cancel before it begins. Please read the terms before you pay rather than after, and ask us anything that is unclear.

We go through the result with you and work out what actually went wrong, because repeating the same course unchanged rarely helps. What we will not do is promise a pass. Our terms say plainly that no result, licence, visa or job is guaranteed, and that is true of every centre, whether or not they say it out loud.
