Do you teach my profession, or only nursing?
We run separate batches for nursing, lab technology, radiography, pharmacy, physiotherapy, optometry, OT technology and anaesthesia technology. The licensing papers differ by profession, so mixing them in one class does not work.
Which exam should I take?
It depends on your profession, your experience and where you are likely to be hired. We go through that with you before you enrol rather than pushing everyone toward the same exam.
Can I study in Malayalam, Hindi or Tamil?
Yes. We teach in English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil. Most candidates follow the concepts in the language they think in and practise questions in English, which is how the papers are set.
Do you offer online classes?
Yes. Online and recorded classes cover the same material as our classroom batches, so candidates outside Kerala — or already working abroad — follow the same course.
Do you help with Dataflow as well?
Yes. Dataflow verification and exam registration are handled in-house, so your paperwork and your preparation run in parallel.
How do I join a course?
Start with the free consultation. We look at your qualification, registration and experience, tell you which routes are actually open to you, and only then recommend a course and a batch. If you are not yet eligible, we would rather say so and tell you when to come back.
Do you check whether I am eligible before taking a fee?
Yes. Checking first is the whole point of the consultation, and it costs you nothing. Enrolling someone in a course they cannot use helps nobody.
When do batches start?
New batches open regularly across the four branches and online, so the wait is usually short. The right question is normally not when the next batch starts but which batch suits your profession and your shift pattern, and that is what we work out with you.
Which languages do you teach in?
English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil. Most candidates follow the concepts in the language they think in and practise questions in English, because that is how the papers are set.
Are the classes profession-specific?
Yes. Nursing, medical laboratory technology, radiography, pharmacy, physiotherapy, optometry, OT technology and anaesthesia technology each have their own batch. The licensing papers differ by profession, so teaching them together does not work.
Can I study online from outside Kerala?
Yes. Online and recorded classes cover the same material as the classroom batches, and a large share of our candidates are working in other states or already abroad. You do not need to relocate to prepare.
What is in the mobile app?
Recorded classes, live sessions and mock tests, on Android and iOS. It is the same course content as the classroom, which is what makes it workable for candidates on rotating night duties.
I work shifts and will miss classes. Is that a problem?
It is normal, and it is planned for. Sessions are recorded, so a missed class is a class watched later rather than a topic lost. Most of our candidates are working full time while they prepare.
How many mock tests will I take?
Enough that the real exam is not the first full-length paper you have sat under time pressure. We use mock scores to decide when you are ready to book, rather than booking a date first and hoping.
How long does a course take?
Most licensing courses run between four and ten weeks depending on the exam and your pace. The range is wide because it genuinely depends on how recently you qualified and how many hours a week you can protect.
What do the fees cover, and what costs extra?
Course fees, verification charges and the authority's own exam and registration fees are separate things. The authority's fees are paid to the authority and are outside our control. We give you the full picture at the consultation so there are no surprises later.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
No. Our terms set out a no refund, no cancellation and no transfer policy, with narrow exceptions such as a duplicate charge, access never being granted, or a batch we cancel before it begins. Please read the terms before you pay rather than after, and ask us anything that is unclear.
What happens if I do not pass?
We go through the result with you and work out what actually went wrong, because repeating the same course unchanged rarely helps. What we will not do is promise a pass. Our terms say plainly that no result, licence, visa or job is guaranteed, and that is true of every centre, whether or not they say it out loud.
Can I move to a different branch partway through?
Talk to us. We run four branches in Kozhikode, Perinthalmanna, Thrissur and Thiruvalla, and candidates do move for work or family reasons. Where it is practical we will arrange it, and the online batches exist for exactly this kind of situation.
Do you handle Dataflow and exam booking as well as coaching?
Yes, in-house. That is deliberate: verification runs on institutional timelines you cannot speed up, so having it start while you study, rather than after, is usually the difference of a couple of months.
How do I contact you?
Call or message any of the four branches, use the enquiry form, or book the free consultation. Branch numbers and addresses are on the branches page, and WhatsApp is usually the quickest way to reach a counsellor.
