BLS (Basic Life Support) covers immediate resuscitation — recognising cardiac arrest, chest compressions, ventilation and using an AED. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) builds on it with rhythm recognition, airway management, drugs and leading a resuscitation team.
They are practical certifications, not licensing exams. They sit alongside your DHA, MOH, Prometric or NCLEX route rather than replacing any part of it.
